The Morrisville Town Center will span an area that is bordered by Town Hall Drive, Jeremiah Street, and Church Street, adjacent to Indian Creek Trailhead. The new center is described by the Morrisville Town Council as “a pedestrian friendly, walkable development that would connect our existing neighborhoods in the Town Center corridor and bring residents and visitors together to eat, shop, and enjoy time together.”

The mixed-used development is planned to include shopping, dining, entertainment, services, recreation, and a two-acre town green. The Wake County Library System will open a branch at the Morrisville Town Center, and the Western Wake County Farmers’ Market will be hosted at the Town Center’s pavilion area. Construction is expected to begin later this year, with businesses opening in late 2023.
