On Sunday, September 27th, from 1:30–4:00 PM, we're throwing a Block Party right in the neighborhood to celebrate it — food trucks, neighbors, and a chance to walk the full Phase 1 lineup now that it's all on the table. Phase 2 is on the horizon for April 2027, but that's still a ways off, so if Atwater Station has been on your list, this is a great time to come see everything Phase 1 has to offer.

What schools serve Atwater Station?
Wake County Public Schools — specifically Herbert Akins Road Elementary, Herbert Akins Road Middle, and Fuquay-Varina High School. School assignments can shift, so it's worth confirming current zoning directly with Wake County Public Schools for the specific homesite you're considering.
Is there a single-story option?
Not a true single-story plan in the Village Collection, but a few floorplans — like the Hadley and Timothy — include a first-floor guest suite or primary bedroom, which gets you most of the way there. Our team can point you to the plan that fits best.
