Two Communities, One Sunday: Fall Festival Block Party at Atwater Station + Open House at Parc at Bradley Farm

Sunday, September 27th is a big day for us. Kickoff is 1:30 PM at both of our communities, and the two events feel very different. In Fuquay-Varina, we're throwing a Fall Festival Block Party to celebrate the full Phase 1 lineup at Atwater Station. In Apex, we're opening the doors to our fully decorated Weston model at Parc at Bradley Farm.

If our recent guide to life in Apex and Fuquay-Varina left you torn between the two towns, this is a good excuse to see them for yourself. Wherever you land, every guest leaves with a $500 Design Center certificate.

Atwater Station: Fall Festival Block Party

Every Phase 1 homesite across the Village, Midtown, and Homestead Collections is now available to purchase, and we're celebrating the way a neighborhood should. Here's what's on the schedule:

• A bounce house
• Fat Cat Homemade Ice Cream
• Fired Up Pizza & BBQ
• Live acoustic music from Kevin Holdson

Between bites, walk the full Phase 1 lineup:

• Midtown Collection: 3-story townhomes with 2-car alley-load garages, from $371,490. The Atlas and Cora plans offer 3–4 bedrooms, with first-floor guest suite and rec room options.
• Village Collection: Single-family homes with rear-load 2-car garages, from $479,990. Six floorplans run from the courtyard-style Bella to the Timothy, with its full first-floor guest suite.
• Homestead Collection: Single-family homes on larger lots, from $599,990. The Braxton 2, Everly 2, and Sawyer 2 range from about 2,150 to 4,000+ square feet.

Every guest also gets a $500 Design Center certificate, good on any Atwater Station home and valid through the end of day on October 31. Phase 2 isn't expected until April 2027, so this is the moment to see everything Phase 1 has to offer.

Parc at Bradley Farm: Open House

Come tour our fully decorated Weston End Unit model at Lot 32. You'll find a statement island kitchen, waterfall quartz counters, three bedrooms that each have their own private bath, and more than 200 square feet of storage. Parc at Bradley Farm is a boutique community of just 37 homesites, tucked between Downtown Cary and Downtown Apex. Bring the kids, because the Alsie's Ice Cream Truck will be on-site.

The community's three townhome plans are all 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths at roughly 2,150 square feet:

• Harrington Interior Unit: from $454,990
• Weston End Unit: from $489,990, with two loft spaces
• Harrington End Unit: from $504,990

Select move-in ready homes come with a $10,000 closing cost credit. Every guest also gets a $500 Design Center certificate, valid through the end of day on October 31.

Which One Should You Visit?

Want a low-maintenance townhome close to downtown Apex and Cary, in a community small enough to know your neighbors? Head to Parc at Bradley Farm. Want a yard, a single-family floorplan, or a Midtown townhome plus a full festival afternoon? Head to Atwater Station.

Can't choose? Our sales teams keep regular Sunday hours until 5:30 PM, so you can start at one event and stop by the other community's model afterward. The two are a short drive apart.

A Few Questions We Hear Often

Do I need to RSVP?
No. The block party needs no RSVP, and the open house needs no appointment. Just stop by.

Who gets the $500 Design Center certificate?
Every guest who attends either event. Each certificate applies to a home in the community where you receive it and must be used by the end of day on October 31.

Is this kid-friendly?
Very. Atwater Station has a bounce house, face painting, and balloon twisting, and the Alsies Ice Cream Truck will be at Parc at Bradley Farm.

What if I can't make it on Sunday?
Schedule a visit any time. Both communities have regular visiting hours, and our teams can share what's available.
