Warranty Info

Customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of the Baker difference, which means our commitment to you doesn’t end when the home is built.

Our comprehensive warranty program provides new home walk-throughs at the 30-day and 1-year anniversary mark and includes a 1-year home warranty along with a 10-year limited structural warranty guaranteed by Professional Warranty Service Corporation. We want you to become a part of our family, and that means being there for you every step of the way.

30-Day Follow Up Visit

Please contact our warranty department approximately 21-days from closing to schedule your follow-up warranty visit. During this time we will answer any questions or concerns you may have with the operation of your home.

    11-Month Follow Up Visit

    Near the beginning of the 11th-month after your closing, please contact our Warranty Department to arrange an end of the year follow-up visit, at this time we will be happy to discuss any maintenance questions you may have.

      The models photographed have been decorated to give you a visual idea of what homes in each community will be like when fully furnished. In general, items such as furniture, window coverings, wall treatments, custom BUILT-INS and accessories are DECORATOR items and are not always offered. Other items such as cabinets, appliances, flooring, certain trim items, certain fixtures and more may be available through our Selections Center. While Baker offers some of these items as upgrades, other items are purely for decorative purposes and are not offered.
